“I have been studying at ECC for some years. Throughout this time, I have faced some life challenges but I kept dedicating myself and trying to do my best – sometimes more, sometimes less, as life allowed it. What I have realized was a significant improvement in my English skills because by following the ECC Approach and Principles I have changed the way I deal with learning a foreign language. Nowadays, English is part of my daily routine. I shifted my mindset. In 2019, I did an English Proficiency Test and I got 10. Nevertheless, I found that this result was not good enough to share my experience. So I keep studying… because as Mariany always says: BE PREPARED BECAUSE THE OPPORTUNITIES ARE HAPPENING! In October 2023, I received an invitation to make a presentation at the United Nations about the program I have been coordinating at the Federal Government level. I had less than one month to organize myself for the trip and the presentation. As a result of the process, I was prepared for it and just waiting for the opportunity.”
