“When I came through the door of ECC for the first time, I was somewhat confused and nervous about my English. It was when Mariany came to interview me and at the end she said “your English is great, the only thing we should do is polish it to become the diamond it is”.
These words changed all my expectations. A professor who says that you are great and able to reach the best of yourself, for me is the one and only.
If someone once asked me if I may summarize in just one word all the love, all the dedication and all the knowledge of someone for teaching English such as Mariany, I would say: Excellence.
